1. General Shipping Policy
SOUPGOD ships all products within the United States, with selected international destinations. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation of payment. Delivery time may vary by location and carrier.

2. Shipping Methods and Carriers
We use reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, or equivalent local postal services. Express and priority options are available at checkout. Tracking information will be emailed once the order ships.

3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, destination, and delivery speed. Orders above a certain threshold (e.g., USD $50 within the U.S.) may qualify for free shipping. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees not covered by SOUPGOD.

4. Delivery Responsibility
Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, SOUPGOD is not liable for loss, theft, or damage occurring after delivery. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and safe for receipt.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace or refund the product after verification, in compliance with consumer protection laws.

6. Return Eligibility
Due to food safety regulations, perishable or opened food items cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of quality defect or incorrect shipment. Non-food merchandise (e.g., accessories) may be returned within 14 days in original condition.

7. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

8. International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs documentation. Please contact our customer service before returning any product from outside the U.S.

9. Legal Compliance
